Sodipe Bababunmi Olutola

Sodipe Bababunmi Olutola is a goal-oriented and self-motivated professional with over 20 years of cognate experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. His career spans Banking Operations, Portfolio Management, Financial Control, Internal Control and Audit, Contributions Management, and Benefit Administration.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, an MSc in Accounting from Lead City University, Ibadan, and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Accounting at Lead City University, Ibadan.

Professionally, he is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow (FCTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a Certified Stock Market Agent of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He also possesses strong competence in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member (ACIPM) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, as well as a Doctoral Fellow (Dr. FCIHRM) of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management of Nigeria.

Before joining Fidelity Pension Managers Limited in 2023 as Group Head, Benefit Administration, he worked with several reputable organizations, including Intercontinental Bank Plc, Integrated Microfinance Bank Plc, Readings Investment Limited, Trustfund Pensions Limited, and Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited, where he served as Head, Benefit Administration. He is currently the Group Head, Contribution and Collection at Fidelity Pension Managers Limited.

He has attended numerous professional and executive training programmes in Strategic Management, Financial Modelling, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Pension Administration, delivered by leading institutions, including Lagos Business School.
