Victor Emodi

Victor Emodi is a seasoned corporate executive and governance consultant with over three decades of leadership experience spanning insurance, financial services, telecommunications, and consulting. He is widely recognized for his expertise in board governance, risk management, and organizational restructuring, with a proven track record of strengthening compliance, enhancing board effectiveness, and driving sustainable growth.

He currently serves as Trustee and Treasurer of the Onitsha Development Trust Fund and is a Board Member of the Onitsha Advancement Foundation, where he leads initiatives on poverty elimination and youth advancement. He has advised boards of Sterling Assurance Limited and KBL Insurance Limited on governance compliance and performance appraisal, and previously chaired the Audit Committee of C&I Leasing Plc, providing independent oversight of financial reporting and risk management.

In his executive career, he held senior leadership roles, including Executive Director (Finance & Management Services) at Continental Reinsurance Plc, Executive Vice President/CFO at Mobitel Limited, and Managing Director/CEO of Linkserve Limited.

Currently, in his business advisory and consulting practice, he is a Senior Partner at Samuelson BV Professional Services, where he leads governance, audit and performance consulting engagements across public and private sectors
