Chiedu Ejeckam
Chiedu Daniel Ejeckam started his career in 1996 with stints in contract-employment at the Compaq Computer Corporation assembly-line in Houston, Texas and the J.P. MORGANCHASE Bank Call Centre in Katy, Texas.
In 2004 Chiedu joined Fidelity Union Securities Ltd. In Lagos (now FSL Securities Ltd.) where he rose to the position of Deputy Manager and Business Development Head. In his time in FSL Securities, he served in various roles from Operations to Shares Certificate Processing to Business Development until 2014 when he transitioned to Fidelity Pension Managers as Head, HNI & Large Corporates. By 2018 he became an Assistant General Manager in Fidelity Pension Managers, and was moved to Business Development Lagos Island Zone, as Zonal Coordinator. In 2022, he became the Head of Strategy and Institutional Business, and by the following year, rose to the role of Group Head – Business Development for Lagos & Southwest region with the responsibility of managing all Fidelity Pension marketing activities covering Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti and Kwara states.
Effective January 2025, Chiedu was promoted to the position of Executive Director – Operations in Fidelity Pension Managers with responsibilities covering Operations, Contribution, Registration, Benefits, and Information Communication Technology.
Chiedu has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas Southern University, a Financial Planner certificate from Florida State University, and by 2026 will attain his MBA from the University of Lagos.
Chiedu Ejeckam is married with 3 children.
