Required Scanned Document: you maybe required to provide any valid means of ID ( e.g. Driver's License, National ID/NIN Slip, Permanent Voter's Card etc. ),
valid prove of address - utility bill ( e.g. Water, Waste, PHCN etc. ), Letter of Appointment (Employment Letter), Birth Certificate/Age Declaration to complete the process.
