INTERACTIVE VOICE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

The System is only available for those who have opened a Retirement Savings Account (RSA) with us. Please note that your RSA number is only 5 digits and the default password is 1234#. The detail of your account is included in the Notice of Registration Letter forwarded to you after a successful registration.

Follow the instructions below to access your account:
1. Call 01-4626993 from your mobile, fixed wireless and other phones and listen to
the interactive guide.
2. Enter the Retirement Savings Account (RSA) No: with 5 digits e.g. 12345#
3. Enter the default password: 1234#

After providing the information, you will be directed as follows:
a. PRESS 1 for total contribution to date
b. PRESS 2 for monthly contribution details
c. PRESS 3 for the last 5 contributions
d. PRESS 4 to change your password
e. PRESS 8 to exit e-pension
f. PRESS 9 to repeat the instructions.

We strongly advise that you change the default password to your own password,
which you can easily remember. The minimum number of digits allowed is 4.
