JOHN O. OBI MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE John Obi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN]; an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria [CPIN] and holds an MBA from Lagos State University. He started his banking career with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1983 and moved on to Devcom Merchant Bank, MannyBank Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc. He has worked in various departments ranging from Treasury, Operations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Banking. He also attended relevant courses both locally and offshore. He is a Capital Market Operator and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC].

AMAKA ANDY-AZIKE - GROUP HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Mrs. Andy-Azike holds a B.Sc. in Sociology/Anthropology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA from Lagos State University. She is a Fellow of The Chattered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). She has over 18years work experience in the Financial Institution viz; Modern Finance, First African Trust Bank, Magnum Trust Bank, Commercial Bank Credit Lyonnais and Fidelity Bank Plc. Her work experience cuts across Treasury, Credit Administration, Corporate Banking, Commercial and Retail Banking. She is an alumna of the prestigious Lagos Business School and Cranfield School of Management, UK.

JUDE DURU -GROUP HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER Jude holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association, Chicago USA (CISA). Jude joined Fidelity Pension Managers Ltd with a wealth of experience of over sixteen years in audit/consultancy in the financial services industry.

AUSTIN N. MONYE - GROUP HEAD, INVESTMENT Mr. Monye holds a B.Sc. Hons. Degree in Accounting and MBA from the University of Benin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He had a brief stint in a Federal Government parastatal where he rose to the position of Assistant Chief Accountant before moving into the banking industry in 1992. Since then, he has held management positions in the Investment Banking Sector. He was a Fund Manager in Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers), Denham Management Limited and Fidelity Bank Plc where he handled large-ticket institutional funds and participated in highly challenging corporate finance functions including capital issues, privatization and financial/investment advisory services. He was part of the Management team of Icon Unit Trust. He was also a key-member of the pioneer team of Nigeria International Growth Fund (NIGFUND), managed by Fidelity Bank Plc. one of the most sought-after open-end investment vehicles in Nigeria. Before his current assignment, he was Group Financial Controller with Jkpeez Group.

AJEKIGBE ADEGBOYEGA ANTHONY - GROUP HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Ogun State University; Master of Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a Diploma in Marketing from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Certified Pension Institute. Tony has attended many courses in Risk Management and Control. He started his banking career with United Bank for Africa in 1989 and joined the Fidelity Bank in 2004. His Experience in the financial institution spans over 18 years. Tony was formerly the Head of Credit Administration at Fidelity Bank Plc.

CHARLES AKPOGHENOBOR -  GROUP HEAD IT & OPERATIONS Charles is a graduate of Computer Science/Mathematics. He has over 15 years experience in IT, covering various facets of the industry. He was Head – Software Development at International Computers Limited (ICL), a Senior Programmer at SystemCare and Softwares Ltd, and Manager, Ceela Computers Limited. He pioneered the first Mysis Bankmaster/Branchpower Support Centre in Nigeria as well as the first and only Support and Implementation Centre of Sonda S.A AFP.NET Pension Fund Administration Software in Nigeria. Charles has been involved in many IT Solutions implementation projects in Nigeria both as Technical Consultant and as Project Manager. Since graduation, he has attended several local and foreign technical and management courses and seminars in Nigeria, India, South Africa and Chile as well as business meetings in Ireland and London. He was General Manager [Technical & Professional Services] of Enterprise Information Technology Limited a position he held for 9 years before joining Fidelity Pension.

OGBONNA UDOCHUKWU GODFREY - GROUP HEAD, FINANCE & ADMIN Udochukwu holds a B.sc in Accountancy (Second Class Upper Division) from the Abia State University, Uturu and equally holds a Masters degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), with wealth of experience in the area of finance and administration for over twenty years. He worked in the Banking industry for over 10 years. He was the Group Head Financial Control and information System of ABC Express Courier system for 7 years. Before joining Fidelity Pension Managers Ltd as the Group Head Finance and Administration, Udochukwu was the General Manager (Operations) of GMT Securities and Asset Management Limited.
